Michigan Treasure Hunters

Interested in metal detecting as a hobby? This Thursday, August 6th at 7 pm, Mark Branton, President of the Michigan Treasure Hunters, will bring some of his favorite items discovered while searching with his metal detector.

The MTH is an organization for people who enjoy metal detecting coins and jewelry, relic hunting, bottle digging and ghost town searching, to name just a few.

The team's motto is "Leave it cleaner than we found it," and they strive to return class rings and other sentimental items to their owners. There's even a branch that helps the police search for unseen items at a crime scene.

Mark will even do a demonstration of how to use a metal detector. All are welcome! Please join us.
